These are the terms between you and Baobun Studio, for userpage. Company details are on our imprint. If anything is unclear, email charles@baobun.studio before you pay.
You need an account to build a page, and one account is one person or business. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. You must be old enough to contract where you live, and your details must be accurate.
Everything you put on your page stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and publish it for as long as your page is up, and only so that we can run the service.
You confirm you are allowed to publish what you upload; client work is often covered by an agreement we cannot see. Nothing unlawful, nothing impersonating anyone, no malware. We may show your page as an example of our work — email us and we will stop.
Building a page is free. Publishing it is what you pay for, and until then nobody else can see it. Each page is its own subscription: two pages means two subscriptions, and cancelling one leaves the other untouched.
Your page is served at userpage.app/yourname. Prices are per month and exclude VAT where it applies. A founding price holds for as long as your subscription runs without a break, and any change gives you thirty days' notice.
Billing is monthly in advance through Stripe from the day you publish, and renews until you cancel. We never see your card details. Email within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no reason needed — alongside your statutory rights, not instead of them.
Cancel any time from Stripe's billing portal or by email. Your page stays up until the end of the period you have paid for, then goes offline. Going offline deletes nothing: we keep your content for 30 days so you can come back, after which it is deleted for good.
We try to keep the service up, but there is no uptime guarantee and no service credit.
We may suspend or remove a page that breaks section 2, puts the service or other customers at risk, or that we are legally required to take down, telling you first where we can. You can stop whenever you want; we can end an account with thirty days' notice, refunding time you will not get.
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will win you work, rank in search, or suit a particular purpose. Where the law allows, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem, and excludes lost profit, business or data.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including death, personal injury, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you thirty days beforehand, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Governed by French law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Reims — if you are a consumer, that does not take away the protection of the law where you live.
